It does have the basic tracking as free. Paid trackers get the invisible tracking.
It will give you the standard IP and geolocation, among other points of fun, like showing a specific message on your page that only a targeted visitor will be only able to see. 

Identifying people though is Partly up to you. I built it to share tracker identifications too, such that, someone who was identified by another trackertoys user, will see that hit with who the other user thought they were. So it&#039;s nice in allowing for a community effort in that respect.</description>
